Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners requires each individual to undergo a brief medical consultation performed by a licensed physician or authorized practitioner prior to engaging in IV Hydration and other vitamin therapies. a doctor-patient relationship must be established to determine eligibility and appropriateness for the administration of IV Hydration Therapy. This $30 Medical consultation will cover each person for one calendar year (January 01-December 31) for all iv & injectable vitamin therapy services offered by IV MD.
