Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners  requires each individual to undergo a brief medical consultation performed by a licensed physician or authorized practitioner prior to engaging in IV Hydration and other vitamin therapies.  a doctor-patient relationship must be established to determine eligibility and appropriateness for the administration of IV Hydration Therapy. This $30 Medical consultation will cover each person for one calendar year (January 01-December 31) for all iv & injectable vitamin therapy services offered by IV MD.  We follow all state and federal mandates to ensure only the safest and most effective care for all of our clients and staff.
